For TCM’s “Let’s Movie” initiative, we wanted to showcase a movie loving community not simply watching films, but actively engaging with them. We provided concept, direction, and production, and TCM supplied the perfect tagline to tie it all together.
31 Days of Oscar
Turner Classic Movies tabbed us to tease their lead up programing to the Oscars. We paid tribute to the greatest films of all time by concepting and producing a piece that put the films front and center on stage, pairing our editorial with a sweeping score by TCM’s Reid Hall, and augmenting everything with VFX.
We designed and animated this elegant piece celebrating the golden age of cinema.
By combining the design techniques of Rube Goldberg and integrating them with film elements and equipment, we were able to pull of this daytime movie open that sets the stage for the magic to come.
