Challenge

When Brookfield, the global real estate powerhouse with over 258 properties worldwide, was looking to acquaint themselves with the general public, they turned to Juniper Jones to make the introduction.

Animation was the perfect tool to humanize the company and present them in a relatable way. Our script was playful while focusing on Brookfield’s leadership in environmentally conscious building practices, investment in neighborhoods, and their commitment to the communities surrounding their properties.

Working closely with Brookfield, we’ve strategized, creative developed, and produced over a dozen videos, illustrating and animating content for properties all over the globe, and establishing a design language that has come to define the brand.
